Partial Lunar Eclipse


There will be a partial lunar eclipse on the morning of November 19th: it will begin at approximately 1:00 AM and last until 7:00 AM. (It's also near the peak of the Leonid meteor shower so don't be surprised if you see a meteor shooting by as well.) According to EarthSky.org, the last partial lunar eclipse that stretched longer happened on February 18, 1440. The next time Earth will see a partial lunar eclipse as lengthy as this one will be on February 8, 2669. If you'd like to watch the eclipse online, go to:
